Overview of HSS
Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit designed to support individuals with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorders, as well as seniors, in finding and maintaining stable housing. Importantly, HSS does not require participants to be on a waiver; the only eligibility criterion is approval for Medical Assistance.
